Solutions Architect

This role is a permanent role

Location:Predominantly remote 3-4 days a month on site, London possibly Scotland.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Excellent knowledge of cloud-native and software architecture.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience applying them.
• Proven experience dealing with different types of complex technical issues.
• Possess high levels of written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to improve the efficiencies of multiple teams of engineers within a technology organisation and to ensure that solutions are applied across the business.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience, and ability to plan and mitigate accordingly to allow the engineering teams to remain robust and able to deliver across multiple projects in the face of change.

DESIRABLE

• 5 years+ within architectural/technical role.
• Relevant degree qualification.
• Resilient to change, previously worked within an agile business/start-up. Comfortable with change management.
• AWS Solution Architect Certificate or similar.
• Entrepreneurial thinker and approach.
• Experience working within the public sector, including law enforcement or national security industry.
