Contract Length: 6 months

Location: National (Home based with minimal ad-hoc office attendance in London)

Candidate MUST have and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Complex Procurement Delivery experience
  • Leading & Managing Team
  • Managing Multiple Procurement and juggle priorities
  • Stakeholder Management

Essential Experience:

  • Significant experience leading public sector procurements within digital and technology.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, high-value procurements end-to-end.
  • Experience of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of: Procurement regulations (PCR 2015 / Procurement Act 2023), CCS frameworks (e.g. G-Cloud, DOS)

Essential Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and commercial judgement
  • Leadership and people development
  • Stakeholder management and influencing
  • Risk management and governance
  • Strong communication and decision-making

Desirable:

  • Experience in Software licensing and SaaS commercial models
  • Experience in AI, automation, or emerging technology procurements

  • MCIPS or equivalent commercial accreditation
  • Experience in category management or capability leadership
