Essential Experience:
- Significant experience leading public sector procurements within digital and technology.
- Proven ability to deliver complex, high-value procurements end-to-end.
- Experience of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of: Procurement regulations (PCR 2015 / Procurement Act 2023), CCS frameworks (e.g. G-Cloud, DOS)

- Strategic thinking and commercial judgement
- Leadership and people development
- Stakeholder management and influencing
- Risk management and governance
- Strong communication and decision-making
Desirable:
- Experience in Software licensing and SaaS commercial models
