Description:
Responsible for resolving Incidents and Major Incidents escalated from the Service Desk within agreed SLAs. Collaborate with Problem Managers to identify and resolve root causes, providing permanent solutions or workarounds. This is a hands-on role requiring expert resolution skills across multiple customer platforms, including On-Premise, Private, and Public Cloud environments.
