Top Essential Evaluation Criteria:

1. Experience of undertaking nuclear hazard analysis (HAZAN):
   1. Design Basis Assessment
   2. Unmitigated dose assessments to derive safety function classification
   3. Derivation of classification of the required safety systems
   4. Understanding of types of protection methods and the substantiation of those required
2. HAZARD Identification
3. Experience in Management of Safety cases
