Requirements
- You will have worked at a software company and/or worked very closely with engineers.
- You will partner with our Product Manager: PM owns strategy and roadmap; you will own execution and delivery.
- Break down roadmap into epics and user stories in GitHub, plan work, and manage day-to-day delivery.
- Track progress, give clear updates, surface risks early, and remove blockers.
- Build strong relationships with engineers; keep the team motivated and focused.
- Detail oriented, comfortable working with ambiguity and the ability to pivot/reprioritise quickly with the focus on delivering value.
- Local Government or Central Government experience is a must.
- Experience with building new products (0-1).
- Business rates sector experience is a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform product decisions.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
