Essential:
- You should have 10 years of strong Product Management skills, with at least 3 years working in a senior product role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.
- 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring high performing teams to achieve individual and team goals.
- Experience working across a minimum of 2 software or product led organisations, launching and growing multiple products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members.
- Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform product decisions.
- Capable of prioritising features, requirements, and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Driving force behind building and executing a product roadmap and strategy that aligns with customer needs and company goals.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Flexible to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical, business, and customer challenges.
- Ability to craft compelling stories to communicate product vision, value, and benefits to various stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and human-centred design methodologies.
- Extensive experience in a Senior Product Role, leading multiple products and product teams across at least two product led / SaaS organisations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers.
- A track record of successfully launching products.
- A demonstrable experience with market research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis.
