This role is Inside IR35. Clearance: SC clearance and ideally active NPPV3 clearance. Contract Length: 6 months. Location: United Kingdom (Remote).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record in both manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in Ruby for test automation scripting, or a similar technology.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure services, particularly Azure DevOps for test management, pipelines, or related functionalities.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with various testing types, including functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Rest-Assured).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools and concepts.
- Experience with mobile application testing.
