Essential:
- Ruby experience
- Automation testing experience
- Some manual experience would be beneficial due to different projects
- Must have good communication skills β may be involved in stand-ups and demos
Essential Competencies:
- Strong well-developed testing skills and in-depth knowledge of current testing techniques across the test phases (System, System Integration, Regression, UAT, etc.)
- Experience and understanding of waterfall, agile, and hybrid development methodologies
- Strong experience and knowledge of testing lifecycle and approaches (e.g. functional / non-functional / automation) and of automation testing using technologies such as Selenium, Cucumber, SpecFlow
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical communities and non-technical senior management (internally and externally)
- Demonstrate initiative in developing solutions to problems encountered during testing
- ISTQB Foundation Qualified

- Knowledge of a variety of Test Automation Tools
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (including Test Manager) and JIRA
- Approachable and motivational character
