Must have:
- Tech – experience working with developers etc.
- Engineering background would be ideal but must have an understanding of the tech landscapes
- 3-5+ years’ experience
Skills:
- Demonstrate great communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver to timescales, and the ability to build strong working relationships within and outside of the team.
- Understand and apply agile working practices within the Software Development Lifecycle, taking an active role in the associated ceremonies and tasks.
- A confidence and desire to contribute new ideas and better ways of working within both the UX capability and project environment.
- Be comfortable working directly with customers and be able to travel to other Client's and Customer offices.
- Show high levels of diplomacy and pragmatism when faced with difficulty and conflict, both with clients and colleagues.
- Have an awareness and interest in new information technology and its deployment to solve business problems.
- Harbour a good understanding of the core business analysis competencies with the ability to demonstrate and apply associated methodologies and tools to meet client needs.

- Educated to degree level or an equivalent qualification or have relevant work experience.
- Ability to learn and become skilled in a range of collaboration software.

- Competent using Microsoft tools.
- Able to work at other Client's locations and on client site when required.
