Location: London, England – United Kingdom (Hybrid) with travel to client sites.
What you’ll bring (Essential):
- Proven KIM leadership delivering complex programmes in large or regulated organisations:
- Strategy & operating model design (governance, roles/RACI, controls).
- Information architecture (taxonomies/ontologies, metadata models, content types).
- Records & information governance (retention schedules, legal hold, auditability, privacy).
- Knowledge lifecycle (capture, curation, findability, reuse, communities of practice).
- Search & discovery (enterprise search design, relevancy tuning, analytics).
Desirable:
- Experience in UK Central Government, Defence, or other regulated/public sector environments.
- Familiarity with applicable standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 15489 records, ISO 30401 knowledge management, ISO 27001 information security), and information risk/compliance approaches.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 E5 capabilities (Purview Labels/Records, DLP, Insider Risk), Power Platform, Viva (Topics/Answers), and AI-assisted knowledge experiences.
- Exposure to service integration (e.g., service management alignment for KIM), business architecture, or operating model design.
