Location:Be willing to attend the Wiltshire site for 1 – 2 days per week as required.
Must have Skills/Experience:
• Knowledge of the Atlassian range of software (Confluence, Bitbucket, JIRA)
• Experience of Jira database schemas and datasets
• Extensive experience of JQL
• Previous experience of planning, preparing and executing upgrades of Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence
• Previous experience of verifying and validating upgrades to Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence and applying bulk data changes and fixes
• Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (both server and client)
Desirable:
• Microsoft Powershell CLI
• ITIL foundation knowledge (change management etc)
• Knowledge of Microsoft server applications (such as SCCM)
• Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (both server and client)
