This role is Inside IR35.
Location:Successful applicants will be able to work from a combination of home and the office in London. In line with the client’s policy there would be an expectation to spend 3 days a week at the office.
Clearance:Enhanced SC preferred/SC accepted
Contract Length: 12 months

• Excellent organizational skills – with a track record of managing and communicating a variety of complex information to a range of different stakeholders.
• Project management skills – the ability to keep multiple projects on track,
• A self-starter, able to work effectively, collegiately and support team members.
• Effective stakeholder management – ability to build excellent relationships with a variety of government stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivery in fast-paced environments, whilst maintaining compliance and quality.
• Adaptable and flexible, willing to flex approach and objectives to support changing priorities and support colleagues.
• Open, honest, and authentic team member with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
• Sound judgement in decision making, and being solution orientated.
Desirable:
• An understanding of national security and defence.
• Experience in a governance role, or in an environment in which formal governance is important.
Overview
This role will involve coordinating across different teams and functions and requires strong organisational and time management capabilities to juggle multiple priorities at the same time and build in the views of other team members.
