Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Burghfield (60% onsite)
3 days on 5 day week, 2 days on 4 day week
Essential:
- Proven expertise in capability management and business governance within complex environments.
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to engage, challenge and influence at all levels, including Senior Leadership Teams.
- Strong, credible communicator.
- Highly analytical, with strong capability in people data, MI and insight generation.
- Able to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights to senior audiences.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Sound GDPR knowledge and experience handling sensitive people data.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple, diverse workloads simultaneously.
- Proactive, can do mindset with a solutions focused approach.
Desirable:
- Power BI experience highly desirable.
- Awareness of regulatory requirements for working on a nuclear licenced site.
- Use of change management tools (Lean, Kaizen, ADKAR etc).
- Knowledge of Workday and Workday reporting.
