Description

  • Review of Existing Architecture

Conduct an in-depth analysis of the current high-level architecture, ensuring a clear understanding of each key component. Examine the implementation of the service-oriented architecture, focusing on core services, established interfaces, and the deployment strategy. Identify architectural strengths, highlight gaps, assess risks, and pinpoint areas of emerging technical debt. Evaluate how the architecture aligns with strategic objectives, with particular emphasis on non-functional requirements such as reliability, determinism, maintainability. Consider the effectiveness of realising hybrid solutions with the existing Java-based GDA application.
