Contract Length: Until end of financial year
Location: Andover / Wyton / Whittington / Glasgow – 3 days per week onsite. Possible travel required to the other locations (Whittington) – Significant number of team members based in Whittington.
Minimum Requirement:
- Senior PFI experience / Senior Procurement experience
- PFI full Lifecycle
- Extensive experience in Cat A public procurement (upwards of £500m)
- High level contract experience PCR 2015 FAMILIAR PA2023 & PA2024
- Large team – ability to work closely
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Public Sector – Essential
- Major government department type
- Familiarity with Defence estate would be desirable but not essential
- Minimum CIPS level 5 – desirable not essential
