The Safety Manager will be required to:
- Deliver against the overarching programme and established safety management plan.
- Evolve and advise the safety programme to de-risk delivery and capitalise on opportunities.
- Work for assigned delivery teams to produce safety and environmental artefacts to time and quality requirements.
Experience
- Experience required in delivering safety and environmental artefacts.
- Experience required in compiling safety case evidence, authoring safety case reports and hazard logs.
Essential
- Working within the client’s resource augmentation team, deployed within the domain.
- Practitioner level experience of safety management systems and processes (POSMS).
- Experienced in Safety.
- Practitioner level experience of:
- Safety and Environmental Management Plans.
- Safety Case / A Safety Case Report.
- Hazard Logs.
- Hazard identification and assessment.
- Operation of safety review meetings.
Desirable
- Working with eCassandra.
- Fault and Event Tree (FTA / ETA).
