Clearance: DBS
Contract Length:Until 31 March 2026 (extension TBC)

Location:Any hub (excluding London) 3 days onsite/week. Preferred Hubs: Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Cardiff, Glasgow, Newcastle

Essential Experience

Background in architecture or interior design (commercial/retail preferred)

Experience in writing and evolving design standards

Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and RIBA processes

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

Degree or Masters in Architecture

RIBA membership (or working towards)

Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM)

Experience in complex estates (e.g., healthcare, education)

Familiarity with UK regulations and standards
