Location: Workington, Cumbria or other locations based in Cumbria. Contractors will be required to work from the office for 5 days per week and this role is not subject to hybrid working.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of English and Maths A-C GCSE. Candidate must be able to provide certificates at interview stage.
Essentials:
- Experience in Training Design and Content Development β Ability to analyse training needs, design effective learning solutions and create engaging learning materials using recognised learning methodologies.
- Competent Use of Digital Systems β Confident in navigating and using organisational platforms such as SEMS, Learning Management Systems, and other core business applications.
- Effective Stakeholder Collaboration β Strong communication skills to gather accurate information, validate content, and work confidently with technical experts.
- Proactive Working β Demonstrates initiative, manages workload, and maintains progress without close supervision.
- Experience in Regulated Environments β E.g. compliance driven, safety critical, or quality assured operational settings.
