Location: Burghfield (60% onsite) 3 days on 5 day week, 2 days on 4 day week.

Contracting Authority: Government Client. Contract Length: 12 months. Clearance: DV preferred/SC accepted but must be eligible/willing to be put through DV Clearance.

Essential

  • Proven expertise in capability management and business governance within complex environments.
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to engage, challenge and influence at all levels, including Senior Leadership Teams.
  • Strong, credible communicator.
  • Highly analytical, with strong capability in people data, MI and insight generation.
  • Able to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights to senior audiences.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Sound GDPR knowledge and experience handling sensitive people data.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple, diverse workloads simultaneously.
  • Proactive, can do mindset with a solutions focused approach.

Desirable

  • Power BI experience highly desirable.
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements for working on a nuclear licensed site.
  • Use of change management tools (Lean, Kaizen, ADKAR etc).
  • Knowledge of Workday and Workday reporting.
