Essential Experience & Skills
- Strong hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience, including model testing and validation.
- Proven Workday Office Connect experience, including report modification and troubleshooting.
- Experience creating or maintaining Adaptive HTML reports.
- Experience supporting finance-system implementations, upgrades, or model rebuilds.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and cross-system reconciliation.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with implementation partners and Finance stakeholders.
