Minimum Requirement

System Optimisation Lead making it clear that software has already been implemented we are looking for candidates that have experience in User acceptance testing, scaling up adoption, and can host training workshops & refresher workshops
Essential
- Experience in organisational design, transformation or change.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technology-driven change or large-scale system implementations.
- Experience delivering user training, coaching, and guidance on system functionality and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable
- Experience working within Public Sector.
- Orgvue knowledge and experience.
