Preferred skills:

  • Experience in PE (Private Equity) - backed or high-growth software environments with multi-product portfolios.
  • Background in product management, corporate strategy, or FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) within B2B SaaS organisations.
  • Track record of leading or supporting M&A (Mergers and acquisitions) integration from a product perspective.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing portfolio governance and planning frameworks.
  • Experience working across multiple product lines with competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to integrate commercial insight into product strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Strong evidence of financial modelling and business case development.
  • Experience partnering with Corporate Development or M&A (Mergers and acquisitions) functions.
  • Demonstrated executive stakeholder management and strategic communication.

  • Executive Communication & Presence: Exceptional ability to distil complex information into executive-ready presentations. Communicates with confidence at the leadership level. Represents product strategy credibly in cross-functional forums.
