Location: London. Permanent hybrid role with a minimum of three days each week onsite. The secure site restricts personal devices and company laptops. Ability to work on site more than the minimum three days when delivery needs require it is desirable.

Essential Competencies
- Strong hands-on software engineering experience across front-end and back-end development.
- Demonstrable expertise in JavaScript, with practical React and Node.js experience.
- Solid AWS fundamentals and experience contributing to cloud-based delivery.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and become productive quickly with limited support.
- Experience working with agile backlogs and participating in agile delivery ceremonies.
- Collaborative communication and stakeholder skills, including the ability to work respectfully in a customer-facing environment.
- Good security awareness and experience operating in a controlled or secure environment.
