Contracting Authority: Government Client Contract Length: 3 months Clearance: SC Must have • Managing a support officer (some leadership requirement) • Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels internal and external • Strong comms and influencing skills • Channel Strategy skills and experience • Orchestration layer Essential • Expertise in channel management strategy. • In depth experience of defining a Service Management Framework/Orchestration Layer. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enable the interpretation of data and make informed decisions. • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to create positive relationships and become a client advocate. • Line management experience. • Knowledge and experience of creating a Channel Strategy as part of a future Shared Services Operating Model.
