Role Overview:

We are looking for someone who can confidently and professionally interact with external stakeholders, and bring the specialised expertise that comes with working in industry to ensure we develop and implement workable policies. This includes regular updating Ministers on progress. We believe an expert from industry will be key to us building confidence across industry. They will bring an understanding of the impacts on the system and be able to promote the interests of Government in a way that is relatable across industry. From a Government perspective we will benefit by understanding how we can communicate effectively on matters, also gain a deeper understanding of our stakeholder base. Critically we will be able to build our approach to ensuring that consumer needs are front and centre in the development and implementation of policies.
