YOU MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of working in a housing, social care, or health background.
- Experience of working with Partner Agencies and a range of departments within a Local Authority environment.
- Demonstrates a good knowledge of research techniques, development of processes and policies.
- Proven experience of working within a team environment.
- Proven experience of Project and business development delivery.
- Proven experience of Performance management.
- Experience of research and report writing.
- Experience of planning and developing policies and processes.
- Experience of working within challenging timescales and to deadlines.
- Experience of working with and understanding the needs of vulnerable people.
- Be customer focused.
- Excellent team player.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Excellent computer skills including Office software applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
