Must have:
- Candidates must have PA 2023 experience.
- CIPS/MCIPS.
- End to end procurement experience.
- Lead on digital procurement projects under the PA23.
- Extensive operational procurement experience within ICT, covering products and services (e.g. Networks, Infrastructure, SaaS).
- Ideally MCIPS qualified or equivalent commercial/procurement experience.
- Proven track record delivering high-value tenders via Open Procedure and CCS framework mini-competitions.
- Experience with Competitive Flexible Procedure (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of PCR 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) frameworks.
