- Office 365 tenant setup and configuration following best practices
- Virtualisation Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- SAN and Clustering technologies (Dell and HP SANs)
- Resilient systems both locally and geographically
- Microsoft System Centre (SCOM)
- Backup Technologies (e.g., Veeam, DPM, Commvault)
