Experience Required
- 10+ years' experience within Communication & Information Systems (CIS) delivery in Defence
- Experience working within complex, highly secure Defence environments
- Experience with the UK Defence National Armaments Director Group – Digital & Data would be highly desirable, as would experience designing, delivering or managing networked static/deployable Command & Control systems.
- Practical experience of CIS systems and software
- Candidates must hold the nationality of a member nation and have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong Project, Programme or Portfolio Management experience
- Delivery of complex Information Systems projects
- Agile, SAFe and PRINCE2
- Programme and project planning, including risk and issue management
- Budget and financial management
- Requirements capture and acceptance criteria
- Static and deployable/mobile Information Systems
- Understanding of security and communications requirements within system design
- Service transition and Service Management
