Location: Hybrid (attendance in Bristol 2/3 days/week). Ability to attend other sites 2 days per week (Bristol mostly but travel to London, Supplier premises, at times throughout). Overseas a potential.

Essential Experience/Skills Requirement:

  • Engineering manager with experience managing development and integration of novel systems
  • Experience of complex development and testing programmes
  • Familiarity with DOSR and/or MAA regulations and experience working with regulators
  • Experience managing teams of mixed skills, including external engineering support

Desired Experience/Skills Requirement:

  • Qualifications and/or experience in OME assurance
  • Experience of developing innovative and novel delivery approaches
  • Experience of competitive selection of equipment through demonstrations
  • Experience managing suppliers through initial and scaled/full-rate production
