Location: Norwich, Monday – Friday between the hours of 0800-1800

Contracting Authority: Government Client

Contract Length: 02/01/2026 until 31/03/2026

Essential

  • Diploma Certificate in IT or equivalent knowledge/ experience.
  • ECDL or equivalent knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless networking, and structured cabling topologies.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Previous working knowledge and experience Supporting IT systems.
  • Able to communicate technical information to non technical staff in a way they can understand it.
  • Ability to concentrate and deal with unpredictable interruptions.
  • Able to communicate well with staff at all levels of the organisation and show tact and discretion.
