Essential
- Ability to provide Tech Superintendent support to critical safety and certification maintenance periods.
- This requires experience across a breadth of engineering disciplines and a requirement to use sound engineering judgement at the waterfront to progress work pragmatically.
- Understanding of regulation, legislation, certification, Class Society Rules and engineering processes
- Hold a Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Mathematics based qualification at RQF Level 4; and
- Have wide ranging depth and breadth experience of providing technical advice and delivery of successful Mechanical or Mechatronic outcomes; and
- Demonstrate experience of providing technical advice and leading the delivery of successful Mechanical or Mechatronic outcomes; and
- With a relevant Professional body/institution related to your discipline, be professionally registered as either:
- Incorporated Engineer (IEng)
- Registered Scientist (RSci)
- Incorporated Marine Engineer (IMarEng)
