The predicted salary is between 46 - 58 £ per hour.
Salary: £58.43 per hour (Pay rate up to £450 - Inside IR35)
Location: Surrey - 3 days on site / office and 2 days at home. The post holder must be willing to work outside of ‘normal’ office hours from time to time and in different locations including on our estates.
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Essential
- Knowledge of consultation methods and engagement with stakeholders
- Detailed knowledge of project and programme management
- Knowledge and understanding of how to deliver significant service improvement projects
- Understanding of equalities and diversity issues and their application in relation to service delivery
- Extensive experience of developing, implementing and delivering significant service improvement projects in a large public or voluntary sector organisation
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant professional and managerial capacity within a large organisation including experience of managing change; management and development of staff and responsibility for the management of resources including budgets
- Experience of working in a complex political environment and of engaging with a diverse stakeholder group, which includes local residents, voluntary/community sector partners, other stakeholders such as registered providers, and national and regional government bodies
- Experience of developing, reviewing, implementing and monitoring policies or services which have significant impact on customer satisfaction
- Experience of business and/or service planning and setting performance targets in a large public or voluntary sector organisation
