- Numerate, with some finance exposure (any finance domain acceptable).
- Able to break down epics into clear user stories.
- Write acceptance criteria, preferably BDD style (Gherkin).
- Credible and confident working with development teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to support and re-energise a demotivated dev team post-acquisition.
- Provide short-term support to existing staff who are not currently working in the organisation’s preferred way.
