Essential
- Depth of experience of Oracle Fusion and ERP implementation leadership
- Specific evidence of EPR/HCM and HR Transformation
- Strong and enduring experience (end to end) of the EPR and HCM implementation process, at a leadership level
- Preference of prior Defence experience
