Essential:
- Experience of designing and delivering complex and high value procurements under in a regulated environment (PCR, UCR, PA23), DfT or relevant public-sector investment processes
- Experience of leading a large portfolio or programme of post-contract commercial activity and knowledge of applicable public sector and industry assurance, governance and controls.
- Experience of delivering complex industry change, including understanding of the needs and motivations of a diverse set of stakeholders
- Experience leading and managing a large and diverse team
