Must have:
- Strong finance business analysis background essential; ERP (preferably SAP) and change management exposure required.
- Strong Finance Business Analyst experience.
- Proven exposure to change management / working alongside Change Leads.
- Experience supporting ERP transformations (ideally SAP S/4HANA).
- Public sector or complex organisation experience desirable but not essential.

- SAP S/4HANA Finance training delivery: Demonstrable track record delivering training on SAP S/4HANA Finance modules in a classroom, virtual or on-site setting.
- Hands-on system fluency: Comfortable demonstrating Fiori apps live, navigating exception scenarios, and answering ad-hoc questions on-screen.
- Adult learning delivery: Strong classroom and virtual delivery skills with the ability to read the room, adjust pace, and re-engage learners.
- Co-delivery: Experience working alongside business SMEs in joint sessions, with the soft skills to share the room without dominating it.
- On-site support: Track record of floor-walking, at-the-elbow support, or hyper care delivery on a live system implementation.
- Audience adaptability: Confident across a range of audiences from junior occasional users to senior managers and finance specialists.
- Calm under pressure: Composed during go-live, month-end peaks, and the inevitable moments when something does not work as expected.
- Strong communication: Clear, confident, jargon aware. Can explain technical concepts in plain language to non-technical finance users.
Desirable Experience:
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) familiarity: Confident delivering basic SAC content (navigation, reporting, planning concepts); deeper SAC delivery experience desirable.
- UK public sector or local government finance context (CIPFA-aligned reporting, fund accounting, grant management).
- Experience supporting an SAP go-live through hyper care and stabilisation.
- WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform skills (significant bonus): Hands-on WalkMe experience is a strong added bonus, whether building content (SmartWalk-Thrus, SmartTips, ShoutOuts) or using analytics to identify struggling users.
- Familiarity with SAP Public Sector Management (PSM), Lease-In (IFRS 16), Project System, or Treasury modules.
- Experience training mixed-discipline finance teams (AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Tax, Procurement).
- CIPD, ATD, or equivalent learning and development qualification.
