Experience
- 5 years product management or functional experience with at least 2 within HR Systems
- Experience as a product manager, functional lead or owner preferably within internal product space
- Understanding of SaaS based solutions supporting back office services like Oracle ERP HCM Cloud useful
- Public Sector is desirable; policing experience is desirable
- Understanding of project management of technology development and implementations
- Experience of managing a small team of individuals providing clear direction, support and resolution
- Understanding of shaping product strategy and product delivery capabilities
- Experience in creating technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business strategies
- Knowledge of public sector shared services and the challenges they face
- Managing a functional enhancements team
