- ERP programme director experience
Experience
- Essential – must be demonstrated at application and interview
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large scale transformation programmes incorporating delivery of new technology services, finance and HR functions and services
- Experience in ERP - Oracle and SAP
- Experience in public sector
- Essential – must be demonstrated at application and interview
- Stakeholder Engagement – Expert Level
- Governance – Expert Level
- Digital and Data – Practitioner Level
- Business Change and implementation – Practitioner Level
Desirable
- Experience of delivering Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Experience of implementing the Workday ERP system
- Experience of modernising Finance and HR functions and services
- Successfully completion of Government Project Delivery assurance gates
- Successful completion of Government Digital Service (GDS) service assessments
- Technical [Project Delivery – Programme Director SCS1]
