- Significant experience delivering engineering or infrastructure programmes in highly regulated environments, ensuring compliance with stringent safety, security, and quality requirements.
- Proven capability in leading and contributing to technical design reviews, ensuring engineering solutions are robust, compliant, and aligned with established governance frameworks.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and assurance processes, with the ability to ensure engineering outputs meet organisational and industry standards.
Desirable
- Background in construction, utilities, or major build programmes, particularly where engineering governance, configuration management, and design assurance are central to programme success.
- Experience within the nuclear, defence, or other high hazard sectors, bringing familiarity with nuclear safety principles, security protocols, and regulatory expectations.
