Essential:
Trade background in electrical or control & instrumentation disciplines desirable
Membership of an appropriate professional body would be advantageous
Knowledge of the design process, drawing process and drawing standards
Experience with recent versions of AutoDesk products, AutoCad or AutoCad LT for the production of drawings
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing
Technical experience gained within an engineering environment and an awareness of project management
A sound understanding of safety requirements
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
HNC in engineering or equivalent qualification plus experience in the draughting/design field
