- Track record of leading or supporting M&A (Mergers and acquisitions) integration from a product perspective.
- Demonstrated success in establishing portfolio governance and planning frameworks.
- Experience working across multiple product lines with competing priorities.
- Proven ability to integrate commercial insight into product strategy.

- Experience partnering with Corporate Development or M&A (Mergers and acquisitions) functions.
