Minimum requirement:
- Understand how the core financial processes work
- MS Dynamics - the finance part specifically - finance and operations
- Can be helpful if worked in a non-for-profit organisation at some point
- ADKAR frameworks
- Finance and ERP systems
- Core skillset of a chance lead
- Stakeholder management
- Change leadership skills
- Strong financial change background
- Comfortable doing stuff and getting involved - can get stuff done - not delegating to other people
