Location: Hybrid – London. Induction onsite, then hybrid. 1-3 days per week on site, as required for business needs. No travel expenses.

- Caseworker experience
- Microsoft Office 365 competent
Minimum Requirements
- Experience analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail.
- Experience using government policy to make decisions.
- Experience working to strict policies and procedures.
- Ability to clearly articulate and justify decisions based on policy.
- Experienced working to tight deadlines in high pace and sensitive operational environment.
- Previous Casework Experience.
- Experience of problem solving.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Good knowledge of Data Protection.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and written skills.
- Understanding of English, especially written.
- Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.).
