- 5+ years of product management or functional experience, with at least 2 years focused on UX, employee experience, CRM, or portal solutions within Saa S environments.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Lead within an enterprise Saa S or internal product setting.
- Experience managing technology development or implementation projects.
- Experience leading a small team of analysts or functional SMEs, providing direction, coaching, and technical oversight.
- Experience shaping product strategy and building roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
- Strong understanding of public‑sector shared services and related challenges.
- Experience owning or managing a functional enhancements backlog within a complex Saa S environment
- Knowledge
- Educated to a high level, with strong understanding of Saa S‑based UX products and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of public‑sector shared services and the complexities they face.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud UX components (Journeys, Redwood UX, self‑service flows) and/or Service Now portal capabilities.
