Association: We’re supporting an established housing association who operate through Cheshire West and Merseyside, to recruit a Repairs Planner on an initial 3 month temporary contract.
This is a hybrid working role with two days per week in the office.
Responsibilities - Repairs Planner – Housing Association
- Workload Optimization: Manage the daily scheduling and dispatch of trade operatives (e. g., plumbers, carpenters, electricians) using Resource Scheduling software.
- Job Allocation: Match operative skillsets to the specific repair required to achieve a "first-time fix" and maximize productivity.
- Tenant Communication: Liaise with residents to diagnose problems, negotiate convenient appointment slots, and keep them informed of progress.
