Comuno Talent Partners is working with a Housing Association based in Liverpool who are looking to recruit a Housing Officer for an initial 3-6 period.

The role:

  • Responsible for all key housing management functions, including allocations, low-level ASB, and all aspects of tenancy management.
  • Responsible for letting and managing tenancies in a designated patch within agreed policies and procedures, acting as the lead officer for all tenancy management issues.
