Senior Strength & Conditioning Coach in Sudbury

Reports to: Head of Athletic Performance

Hours: Varied and inclusive of weekends

London Broncos are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Strength & Conditioning coach to join their high-performance team.

The role will require a hardworking and highly punctual individual that enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Main tasks & Responsibilities:

Programming- Prescribe and deliver gym and field based speed, strength and conditioning sessions in conjunction with the Head of Athletic Performance.

Return to play- Communicate effectively with medical staff to prescribe and deliver relevant strength programmes for injured players that ensure a seamless reintegration of players following injury.

Education / Training: (E=Essential D=Desirable):

• Degree or equivalent in Strength & Conditioning or Exercise & Sports Science (E)
• Post-Graduate degree in Strength & Conditioning or exercise & sports science (D)
• Minimum three years’ experience working in elite level sport (E)
• Ability to operate GPS tracking systems (E)
• Recognised certification in S&C related competence (e.g., NSCA, UKSCA, ASCA, etc.); (D)
