The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.
To deliver safe, inclusive and high quality coaching sessions on a daily basis across the core programmes. These to include, but not limited to all In-School and Out of School activity, Player Development Programme activity, sessions at a post 16 football programme and the various activity delivered during the school holidays.
To deliver on activity to support, develop, engage and enhance the relationships with local youth football clubs/schools/organisations/leisure centres/local authority/The Club.
To deliver on any activity deemed appropriate and reasonable by the Line Manager.
To support the wider team by networking and sharing relevant information and opportunities to further enhance the out-reach delivery programme.
Qualifications
- A minimum of the new FA Introduction to Football Coaching qualification (FA Level 1 is the equivalent qualification).
- In date FA Safeguarding Children course & the FA Introduction to First Aid in Football certificate.
- Clean driving licence or able to travel to sites via public transport.
- Enhanced DBS check (otherwise we will put you through one).
Experience
- Been involved in community/grass roots sports as a participant or coach.
- Worked as part of a team within a sporting environment.
Skills and Behaviours
- Good communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to organise and motivate team members.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Aims to support and improve staff members.
- Attention to detail.
