Based in Manchester, this permanent full-time role leads the operational delivery and ongoing development of Manchester City’s direct-to-consumer Football Education programmes across the UK. You will play an important role in shaping high-quality football experiences across coaching programmes, trips and tours, while supporting operational excellence, stakeholder engagement and long‑term programme growth.

Within our Football Education team, we deliver programmes that bring Manchester City’s coaching philosophy and methodology to life across a range of football environments. Our UK programmes create engaging opportunities for players and families while supporting player development, participation and high‑quality football experiences.
The Role
You will lead the coordination and delivery of Manchester City’s direct‑to‑consumer Football Education programmes across the UK, helping to ensure registrations, scheduling, operations and programme delivery are managed effectively across a range of coaching environments. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will support operational planning, communication and programme delivery across Young Player Development Programmes, Goalkeeping, Holiday Programmes, Move to Play initiatives and trips and tours.
Alongside operational delivery, you will support programme growth and continuous improvement activity, helping to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and product development across Football Education programmes. You will also support outbound trips and tours, ensuring experiences are delivered professionally and aligned to programme objectives and operational standards. You will also contribute to football delivery and quality assurance activity across the wider Football Education team, supporting on‑pitch sessions in the UK and internationally where required.
Through your organisation, communication and collaborative approach, you will help create engaging, safe and high‑quality football experiences that reflect the standards and philosophy of Manchester City.
